Results for JEE Main 2024 Session 1, covering paper 1 and 2A, 2B, are set to be announced today on jeemain.nta.ac.in and nta.ac.in. Over 12 lakh students who took the exams for BE, BTech, BArch, and BPlanning will have access to their scorecards. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the exams from January 27 to February 1 for paper 1 and on January 24 for paper 2.
The JEE Main 2024 results will be determined using the final answer key, addressing challenges raised by students. Results from both sessions will be merged for the overall merit list, and the best of the two scores will be considered for those who registered for both sessions.
Candidates providing incorrect information or engaging in unfair practices will have their results cancelled. The exam took place in 544 centers across 291 cities, including 21 international cities. A total of 12,25,529 candidates appeared, with 11,70,036 for BE, BTech, and 55,493 for BArch, BPlanning. The gender distribution included 4,06,920 female students, 8,24,945 male students, and 9 transgender students. The recorded attendance for BTech paper was 95.8%.
